This is the main square in Uzes , Gard called Place des Herbes. In 2012, we stayed in a gite near here with two friends , Bob and Pam. We had lunch in the square and then Bob took a picture of the whole square which includes in it on the left , a huddle of three people.......Pam in the hat, my late wife Karen in the blue dress and me far right with my rucksack. I painted this picture for Bob and Pam in 2020 and they now have it hanging in pride of place in their flat in Switzerland.
