This is a painting from the beautiful little village of St Guilhem Le Desert near Montpellier in France. This is strange in that it is not a place that I have visited. However, a brilliant photographer from Kent called John Warren  , posted this on the Paint My Photo website, which is a brilliant resource if you are looking for subjects. And John seems to like the sort of things I like copying. I put it on a few FB watercolour sites and it got rave reviews, so it has been a real hit.
