This is the medieval bridge at Aylesford near Maidstone. This is a historic little town with its own priory and was the site of the battle between Hengist and Horsa. I love the reflection in this painting. I was asked tp paint this so that it could figure on a greetings card to be sold in Kent libraries. I have prints of this picture and A6 blank cards.
