This painting of a very cute house called Windy Corner was commissioned by the builders daughetr , for whom this had great sentimental significance. It is situated in a picturesque spot in the Kent countryside at West Kingsdown, near the old racetrack Brands hatch. The lady who collected the painting was visibly moved by seeing it for the first time, which usually means I have done my job.
